The Mandalorian is a very well done TV series set in the Star Wars universe. When a Mandalorian bounty hunter rescues a mysterious child that can manipulate things with its mind, their worlds flip upside down as the great warrior assumes the role of protective parent for the Jedi child while they travel across the galaxy looking for answers. Parents can expect a lot of violence and peril, occasional swearing, and realistic looking alien creatures.

Season 1
Season one has 8 chapters (aka episodes) and covers the Mandalorian's rescue of the Child and the subsequent fallout. We also learn the Mandalorian's name is Din Djarin.
Season 2
Season two has 8 chapters and covers the Mandalorian's quest to return the Child to his own kind. We also learn the Child's name is Grogu.
Cameo in The Book of Boba Fett
In the time span between Seasons 2 and 3, Din Djarin is featured in chapters 5,6, and 7 of The Book of Boba Fett; with chapters 5 and 6 essentially being The Mandalorian episodes. They include things vital to The Mandalorian story: the origins of Din Djarin's new ship, insight on Grogu's training, Mandalorian history, a continuation of Din Djarin's story, and Grogu reuniting with Din Djarin.
Season 3
Season 3 of The Mandalorian is being slowly released on Disney Plus during the months of March and April of 2023. A content review won't be posted until all episodes have been release.
